This 30-Minute Bodyweight Pilates Routine Will Wake Up Your Muscles

Get ready to tap into your strength with fitness instructor Khetanya Henderson, who will be leading this 30-minute bodyweight Pilates class joined by Paris Nicole and Mikayla Campbell. You’ll start the workout by warming up your core and then ease your way into a full-body Pilates routine. You’ll engage your arms, legs, back, and ab muscles through a series of curls, planks, push-ups, lunges, leg lifts, and so much more. This routine is completely bodyweight — all you need is a mat to get started!

Henderson is a certified Pilates instructor, NASM-certified trainer, and former collegiate soccer player. In addition to teaching all kinds of fitness, she’s also an actor and dancer, appearing in commercials and on stage with Cirque du Soleil.
